GIFs, Emoticons are not working

When I click on a page sometimes the GIFs work and sometimes they are just still. Same thing with the emoticons. What is the deal?

no thats not it.... you posted how to fix it a while back... it was something like chrome/plugins and turn off something... cant remember exactly

I do have Chrome and I don't know how to clear my cache.

Bump, I'm still having problems here. I downloaded the latest adobe flash player plug-ins but when I scroll off a gif and scroll back to it, it is not moving anymore?

Thanks for those instructions Hugo. I was having the same problem but it's fixed now.
