It seems like almost no one in this thread know that the teabagger accepted the plea for 2 years, so enough with the oh it's too harsh nonsense. He accepted two years in lieu of the sex offender status and possibly getting more time from a jury. So enough with the wah two years is too much.
And frankly, since it's a plea I think he should have to serve the whole thing.

Depends if he is a first-time offender. If so, he does 1/3 of his sentence, basically 8 months, and gets credit for any time already served. If he has a criminal history, he could possibly do up to half of the sentence, 12 months total (also getting credit for time served).
Personally I think he got off way too easy, he should have to be recognized as a sexual offender. Ive heard of people getting stuck with that tag for way less..

It was in fact another idiot in this world who decided to get fit shaced in New Orleans....the "victim" has a lesson to learn here too. He's damn lucky that he passed out in a crowded Krystal and the teabagger was some harmless prankster. There are some places in New Orleans where he might not have woken up. Lesson learned.
