Fresh fish on the line fellas ....

If you were passed out and someone put their dick in your mouth, you'd want them imprisoned.

still doesn't mean 2 years in jail was the right thing to do

Like I said, I agree that it is an excessive sentence and but he can thank himself for being a complete idiot and doing what he did.

I understand he lost his job, his wife, whatever else..... it's hard for me to feel sorry for somebody that pulls out his junk and lays it on another guy's face when the guy is passed out drunk. Combine that with it being instigated by those "friends" that were around him when he did it. Furthermore, who knows what sort of emotional damage the act itself did to the LSU kid. You want to talk about being embarrassed.... imagine if you were that kid and you see that video for the first time. Then you find out that's it's gone viral.

Do the crime, you have to face the consequences. I think this is his first offense with something like this, he did turn himself in, so he probably won't serve the entire thing anyway.

I don't feel sorry for him at all.

ETA: Never heard he didn't even apologize. So he has no remorse either. Now I really don't feel sorry for him.

Does this mean he has to register as a sex offender when he gets out?

NO.

He took the two years so he would NOT have to register as a sex offender. All of the serious sexually related charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.

If it were me, I'd gladly serve a little extra time so I could avoid having to register as a sex offender FOR LIFE.

I don't know if he was asked but I don't believe he ever did. He shouldn't have to be asked IMO.

He doesn't need to be asked. You do messed up stuff to an innocent person, the decent thing to do is to apologize. If you have read any of this douche's statements since, you would know that he is more indignant than anything, and THAT is why I'm glad he's going to jail. He's a fricking degenerate and does not respect other people. frick him. I wouldn't feel sorry for him if his wife left and took the kids.

This is not in any way reasonable behavior.

I hope thats a joke. If you are passed out because you are a drunk moron at a public place in New Orleans, you deserve just about whatever comes your way. Two years in prison for this is out of line...I have done worse things.

It was the BCSCG. People were getting drunk all night. It was a college kid who passed out at a fast food place.

No one, not one person, stepped in to help this kid.

The guy that did this is old enough to know better but he let the win get to his head, his friends egging him on, and thought (or lack thereof) that not much would come out of this.

The location (city) has no bearing on the decision of the sentence.

It's excessive for sure but I don't feel the least bit sorry for him.

He will never serve anywhere near two years unless he gets in a lot of trouble in jail.

Punishment deserved. In what parallel universe are we living in that people think it's acceptable for a grown man to rub his genitals on a passed out 18 yr-old?
