It tasted almost like cane's sauce. I tried to make it better with salt and pepper...nope. Tried to kick it up with hot sauce...nope.
It was an incredible let down. With a name as awesome sounding as Remoulade, for it to be wasted on a piss poor condiment-esque sauce is just a shame. I think I made a better sauce mixing ketchup, mustard, and mayo in my lunch tray in middle school.

Who likes this stuff?

Post the recipe. It's bad...or you have no taste. Post the recipe.

So don't stay in middle school but just don't eat it because you don't get it. Or you aren't sophisticated. Or you just like ketchup and mayonnaise like Arnold. Or you just don't get it. Or you just like box Mac and cheese?

My tastebuds must have changed. I don't have the recipe, but apparently it's one of the restaurants big sellers. I don't like mayonnaise much anymore either, or sweet things, or cane's sauce. It just struck me as of that something with such a great name was so lackluster.

Remoulade shouldn't be sweet.

Remoulade doesn't have mayo in it, unless you're making that weak white remoulade. I like the heady, spicy red remoulade.

Horseradish and chili sauce brah. Maybe some other fresh herbs. Makes an Old Fashioned taste real good.

Disagree. It has mayo or a homemade version with egg and oil. Red or white should depend on the seasonings used.
