Need help with my RB situation

Ray Rice is my #1 RB, and then after that I have a bit of a difficult decision. I had been using Forte as my #2 RB, but with him going down last week (and somewhat under performing the past 3 weeks) I'm not sure if I'm in a spot to keep starting him. My other options are:
Larod Stephens-Howling: 1 carry for 1 yard last week. However, Beanie was limited in practice yesterday with his knee. Something to keep an eye on.
Rashad Jennings: Picked up off the waiver wire. Moreno and Michael Bush were taken by my turn. At least he'll be starting.
Daryl Richardson: Probably my last choice. Limited carries and going against 49ers.
My current team:
Tom Brady, Josh Freeman, Ray Rice, Matt Forte, Rashad Jennings, Larod Stephens-Howling, Daryl Richardson, AJ Green, Roddy White, Brandon LaFell, Golden Tate, Jason Whitten, Brent Celek, Justin Tucker (K) and Cards/Bengals D.
We start: QB, RB, WR, TE, 4 Flex (RB/WR/TE)
If Forte plays, do I start him or someone else? Or do I even start Rice/Forte and an additional RB from my list in place of a LaFell or Golden Tate?
I'm going against: A. Dalton, A. Foster, R. Cobb, D. Clark, CJ Spiller, D. Bess, D. Moore, A. Morris, C. Barth, and Giants D

Best bet is probably Jennings. Jags head coach said they will use a rotation, but Jennings is still the starter.
I doubt LSH is completely healthy meaning he probably won't produce much this game.
As for Richardson, with SJax back, he isn't good for anything more than 3-5 points.
I'd go Jennings.

What if Forte plays? Do I start both Jennings and Forte and drop one of my lesser receivers?
Thanks for the help

Just my opinion (and I wash my hands of this if I am wrong ), but this is the team I would build:
QB: Brady
RB: Rice
WR: AJ Green
TE: Witten
Flex 1: Roddy White
Flex 2: Forte
Flex 3: Jennings
Flex 4: Lafell
QB: Brady
RB: Rice
WR: AJ Green
TE: Witten
Flex 1: Roddy White
Flex 2: Forte
Flex 3: Jennings
Flex 4: Lafell

If Forte plays, you have to start him.
