If that was you daughter or son that got tea bagged, you would want that bastard to pay the pipper. I dont understand the logic that rubbing your nuts on someone else is ok and should be tolerated.

Just shows how much irrationality is in our justice system.

If you commit a crime that incites a lot of passion or attention, you're in major trouble.

The dude who took naked pictures of Erin Andrews got 2 years in prison as well.

The guy who poisoned Auburn's trees is facing like 20 years.

It's completely ridiculous. Clearly the guy should be punished but the punishment should fit the crime.

As stupid and juvenille as it is, tea-bagging another dude is not done as a sexual assault per say, it's done as a prank. Clearly intelligent, mature people don't prank each other this way, but idiots do this type of thing all the time.

We've all probably done something retarded that was technically illegal.

Just because it was after a football game and made national media attention the guy is getting extra punishment. Had this exact same crime happened at some random frat at some random college in the coutnry, no way the dude gets 2 years.

Oh well, just a lesson learned, be on your best behavior and you don't have to worry about it I guess.

Yes, serious!

This response is not new to law enforcement in the Quarter.

It's not ok nor should it BE tolerated. But this was obviously 2 separate parties that had too much to drink in the FQ. Two years in jail for this shite is ridiculous. Anybody who thinks this was some sort of brutal gay rape is delusional. And no homo, I'm just saying - this is just some bullshite. The guy's life is probably fricked WITHOUT prison. Get over it and move on.

Does it really take one's "best behavior" to avoid sliding ones nuts on another's face?

Damn. I've teabagged someone before... Glad I didn't get thrown in jail.

Wow, you should really be proud!

In your case, it would have only been a misdemeanor! Or possibly, "not enough evidence" to press charges.

Good. Don't fricking rub your balls on someone in public with the intent to humiliate.

He did it to himself. Any person who would do this, especially in that context, is a damn timebomb waiting to go off.

2 years in OPP=Tide Rolled for this fool.

It has nothing to do with Bama and everything to do with his lawyer and him calling out the New Orleans DA saying there are bigger problems than me tea bagging a stranger. If he had been humble and apologetic I bet the judge goes easier on him.
