What sucks to me is the guy has a kid.
I'm having a dispute with a guy that stole money from me that you can see on the ticket exchange. I want to go the full extent and really get him back. However he has kids and don't want to effect that

Donte' Stallworth gets 30 days in jail for DUI manslaughter and the tea bagger gets 2 years in jail. Seems fair.

yeah don't get me wrong, what the guy did was stupid and such, but damn. he's already been fired, he's gotta wait tables at an olive garden to support his family.
i hate bama and their fans but this seems like a lil too much.

Its all about intent. While what Dante' did is bad the guy was crossing a highway in the dark on foot. The guy maliciously did what he did and its quite demeaning.
