I have picked up a few wounded or dead ducks that i didn't shoot. No reason not to as they would just get wasted if not. Hell on lake Bouef you can pick up a few limits of wounded poule' deau without even firing a shot

The only time this could possibly be acceptable is if the photos were shown only to the wife/girlfriend as an alibi for a weekend spent with your queen.
