Not a review, but I am sitting in a Johnnys. The little gal is going around bussing tables, and she stops and looks up at the TV on the wall. I follow her eyes and she is watching a Dominos commercial (competitive intel), as they close the commercial she has a look of disgust on her face and mumbles, "yeah, 7.99 and your pizza sucks"

That illustrates just how amazing the restaurant is, not only the best pizza ever....but employees that are "all in".

I am not lying one word, this chick was intense! Left her a bigger tip....afraid she would whip my arse in the parking lot!

She sounds like management potential.

Actually I wouldn't let that happen, I engaged her in conversation prior to posting to make certain she wasn't mentally challenged. I am no Dr, but seemed normal enough. She was an OT .4, and had those crazy eyes. Or it was anger over the Dominos deal. Not too sure, but stability is not her strong suit.

Bit back on topic of the pizza, I was pleasanty surprised at the buffet in Natch, seemed to have better quality than some

Haven't been there in years. Johnny's on Buncombe near Pines or Colquitt Rd were my home base Johnny's. 14" in party pizza = the win. I used to rock a take n bake from Johnny's back to Baton Rouge when visiting during college.

I dont know about BTR I am a Cenlatonian. I am not too sure it is the same pizza as when I grew up but today they had the good thin crust greasy sausage with lots a cheese on the buffet.

I will not eat dinner.

Well as I've said before, in Mecca I've had it and yes it's good. In Baton Rouge it's bad. Really bad. Really really bad. Like cow patty on a Tombstone is better bad.

Johnny's is in Baton Rouge at Staring and Highland. Also they opened one in Central. Highland pizza is very good. Just like McKeen.

So Johnny's Pizza in BR isn't good? It has to be better than Domino's, Pizza Hut, Hungry Howies??

And does the Highland/Staring Location deliver around LSU??
