I usually select (in this case using fuzzy select tool) the area I want to remove and cut/delete it - you'll see checkerboard where it will be invisible. Then you can copy, scale if needed, and paste the layer on your desired image. Cleaning the white "wisp" leftover from jpg source is another matter altogether This post was edited on 11/28 at 2:40 pm
