Do we lose our good assistant coaches?

I know there are a few assistant coaches that need to go; but, there is a chance we lose assistant coaches like Chavis and Wilson if CLM takes another job.

You almost certainly lose all your coaches.

If LM left, the first question to Chavis should be "Do you want to be a head coach?"

I don't think he does, but I'd be up for just promoting him.

i wonder if the new coach will even be able to hire assistants? Les probably is the only coach smart enough to hire assistants.

i think id give Chavis a big-arse raise, and tell prospective coaches they inherit Chavis if they take the job.

this would be a huge downside to Miles leaving. Do not want to lose Chavis and Wilson. The rest would not be a loss.
