I think LSU deserves a BCS bowl

Look who we have played and our record. TAMU beat one team and that was after LSU softened them up.

Six 10 win teams in the SEC and we were probably the least impressive out of all of them the final 3 games. Not happening.

This doesn't even matter. UF will have an auto bid by being in the top 4 in the BCS and the SEC champion will take the other slot.

You are aware how wins, loses, conference championships, and bowl selection works right?
If you take all that into account their is no way you can justify putting LSU into a BCS bowl game given the way things shook out last week.

i do agree that we deserve the bid (if it's there) over a&m and carolina, but that's just not going to happen with UF sitting pretty for the bid now.

You said THREE games. Auburn was ONE game. They lost to A&M at home while we beat MSU by 20 points which was three games back so that game is included in your "3 games stretch" no matter how bad they beat "their rival" (who went winless in the SEC). So yes, really dumb.

We can't get the bid. UF isn't just sitting pretty, they are guaranteed a BCS bid because they will finish the season in the top 4 no matter what happens this weekend.
My comment was directed at this guy who said LSU has played the worst out of the 6 SEC teams in the top 10 over their last 3 games. My only comment was that Bama lost 3 games ago, so they were 2-1 while we were 3-0. My comment was not a defense for LSU to get a BCS bid because they will NOT get a BCS bowl, rather just refuting the comment that LSU has played the worst over the last 3 games.
