| Derby, La Liga- Atlético vs. Real (Posted on 11/27/12 at 9:22 pm)
Simeone has rested 9 starters in King´s Cup play, with sights on this weekend´s clash. I expect a good match, what say you?

Atlético´s strip for tomorrow night. They´ve struck a bargain with the country of Azerbaijan, specifically the state petroleum company, and their football federation. Talented Azerbaijan kids will be coming to Manzanares to train, Simeone will be giving two or three talks there, and obviously, Atlético banks some petro dollars.

Hey let's sponsor a football team with our charitable outreach wing, so we can overshadow our despotic corrupt petrol-funded governments. Marketing Department's View of an average fan: "Oh Qatar can't be that bad of a place. They have a foundation on the Barcelona shirts." "Azerbaijan must be a fun and exciting country. Falcao thinks so too."

I knew about Barça, but what about any other teams? And do young Qataris get to train at La Masia? I don't know much about Barça's relationship with Qatar other than it received a lot of backlash.

Caught the majority of the second half Not an overwhelmingly interesting game. Both teams kicked the crap out of each other to ensure that Ronaldo ends the day with a goal, an assist, a shot against the crossbar, and a shot against the post
