Well, my expectations for the remainder of the Batman franchise was just flushed down the shitter. Incredibly bad decision.

Yeah this is just a rumor. A bad one at that. Another one floating around is a confirmation from the Man of Steel director said his Superman will be in JL. That's not true either.

I really hope he is. They need to distance themselves as much from Nolan as possible in JL because it would be a complete clash of styles.

Oh I agree. I'm not happy at all if this is what's going down. I was just passing along some news I found on my feed.
Also he's what I found about Synder's Super in JL. From Synder:

I agree. We'll get a new Batman but it would be stupid not to use MoS Superman if he's successful. We just don't have confirmation yet.
If you guys need more confirmation that a character named John Blake won't be Batman, just think about that for a minute. WB would NEVER replace Bruce Wayne as Batman. It just won't ever happen.

Again I agree but WB needs to think fast. Time-Warner is no longer the big mac-daddy with NBC/Universal/Comcast, and Disney with Marvel and now Star Wars. And I wouldn't doubt that they would go after Dark Horse as well.

Seems like a bad move. I know all the comic folks are all about some batman beyond or whatever shite, but to the general public Bruce Wayne is batman, not sure how accepting they'll be of anything else
