What teams that are down in CFB do you want to be good again

Iowa and Va Tech for me. I'd have also said UCLA but they are in the pac 12 championship and things are looking up for them.

being that they are in the awful ACC does not help. They are a top 30 program and just leave it at that. They have peaked but they were never really good. No real big wins, no kick arse bowl wins no nothing except winning the shitty ACC and raking up their 10 wins season by beating nobodies.
