No, I've got a mod that has 13's default database on 12...just waiting for the actual game to get discounted before I bite the bullet.

It wasn't too expensive, I think I paid $35 for it. Steam download, took about 40 minutes total. Will be giving an update later this week. Couple different game modes, looks like a good time

I bought 12 during a one-day Amazon sale for $5.99. To prove I'm not making up a ridiculous price, here's where I heard about it from: http://www.operationsports.com/news/541032/football-manager-2012-for-599/

You've committed all kinds of suicide. I've got Arsenal almost through their second season on FM13. I still get a kick out of selling Arshavin first thing, then breaking his record transfer fee by buying actual useful and good players that have work ethic. I also get a kick out of squeezing money out of Arsenal's board for more transfers. frickers gotta pay up if they want the silverware. Game still has the annoying habit of injuring a player, then going on a spree of injuries to guys in the same position. Look up Wellington Nem pronto btw, he's a great winger/CAM with a ridiculously low minimum release clause, like 5 mil for a player valued at 12 mil who is young and loaded with potential low, absolute steal for the money.

FM13 is bound to go on sale during the steam winter sale in like 2 weeks. Check for it then. Tweezy, you bought the game a little early!

I just downloaded the demo, and I'm completely new to FM, so what's the difference between Classic mode and regular?

Classic mode is the "dumbed down" version. You can play through a lot of games quickly in it without making a lot of decisions like roster management etc. Classic mode is close to what FIFA's manager mode is like I believe. Regular mode is the real meat of the deal, where you can micromanage absolutely everything to do with your club etc. It takes much longer to play through a season, but the experience is much more rewarding.

By basically being a hugely expanded version of that for the anal and neck-bearded If you're skeptical but would like to try it, there are demos on steam

In my college and high school days I would have probably been all over it. Now with a wife and kid I barely have enough time to play FIFA.

It's the most indepth and realistic manager mode game ever made for any sport. I always enjoy watching the intense highlights

I'm not sure I should get it. I wasted so much time with FM 11 with my Roma and Shaktar Donetsk games.
