Why does he want to go to the Sugar Bowl after losing the SECCG? That didn't work out so well for him last time:

Um...I'm not the one being delusional. I'm calling a spade a spade. The guy is paid to win. He says and does what it takes to get his team in the best position to win.

These guys are so comical. You mentioned this about 10 times in this thread. Tell me, what does coming off as a hypocrite with no integrity do for the team in this case? He even said it himself that him commenting on it wouldn't do anything.

It's amazing how stupid some of you allow yourself to look. I mean, literally make no sense because it hurts too much to admit you are wrong.

If Bama loses to UGA, Florida will, and should, get the Sugar. Florida will have the better resume, and will probably be ranked higher. End of story. Likewise if UGA loses to Bama.

What I can't stand is the certainty that, if the situations were reversed, all of the same posters here would be defending Saban, because he would be LSU's coach.

of course there would be. just like there are bama fans that vehemently defend anything saban does now. i can't speak for everyone, but when saban was at lsu, i recognized what an a-hole he was. i didn't bother defending him being a dick and even admitted as such when people talked about that attribute of his to me. y response was always that i know he's an a-hole but i couldn't care less as long as he wins football games. but beyond all that, you have to admit that it's pretty hysterical he'd make comments like he did today after what happened to his team last year. regardless of why he said what he did or what he's paid to do, it's pretty hilariously hypocritical either way. he could have simply just bit his tongue and said nothing. his comments aren't going to change the destination of the loser of this football game. florida will be ranked in the top 4 of the BCS and higher than the loser of the game. they'll be guaranteed a bcs bowl game based on the rules in place. honestly, if saban wants to talk about what's unfair. it's unfair that they'll be 6 teams in the sec in the top 10 in the bcs, and 4 of them won't be eligible for bcs bowl games because of a rule that prevents more than 2 teams from one conference going. florida would be getting the shaft with a 11-1 record and top 4 ranking.
