well it looks like both of our future quarterbacks high school careers are finally over. Haydens team lost friday 45-7 in the semi finals.

His stats for the game..

quote:

Rettig completed 14 of 18 passes for 135 yards with the four interceptions.

Not a good game by any means but if you look at it in a positive way he did complete every pass he threw that night.. lol

Wonder why he only threw 18 passes though? didnt see anything about an injury but who knows.

Anthony Jennings team lost 36-15 and his stats were the game were..

quote:

Jennings, an LSU commitment, was held to 12 of 25 for 138 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions. His lone score came on a 44-yard strike to Tyree Harris in the fourth quarter.

Also not a very noteworthy performance, but hey. Who cares!

Ready to see both of them on campus soon!

I think both were extreme underdogs against their competition anyway. Also, by all accounts, Rettig has a trash offensive line, so I'm surprised even completed 14-18.

Cathedral lost in the regular season to the team they played Friday night by bigger numbers than that.

That just means about 100 kids across Cali and Georgia will one day get to tell their grandkids and frat brothers about how their team shut down one of LSU's championship quarterbacks back in the day.
