Coaches Passed on BCS Bowl

I have a friend high up in the athletic department. He told me that the coaches didn't want to go to a BCS bowl. They believe the BCS is overrated and the selection committee has an attitude problem. Some of the coaches said the games are to slow and have to many commercials. The BCS also wanted to play the Napa and Geico commercials during the game. (For those of you who don't know those are not very highly rated commercials and we only have one spot open for commercial air time in 2012)

The coaches have really started liking the Chik-fil-A Bowl over the last few weeks. They seem to think it is under rated and is about to go beast mode in the bowl community. (There is a rumor that a former Burger King executive owns the bowl rating company and that is why Chick-fil-A gets rated so low.)

Unconfirmed reports were that the BCS Bowl selection committee had been wearing LSU socks to the last few unofficial meetings but that has now been proven untrue.

The was also a rumor that the Sugar Bowl liked LSU but just wanted to get out of state to try another school. We are not out of it yet though because one of the Sugar Bowls selection committee members sugar mamma still really loves LSU.
