What is funny is the bleeding heart is now full in on the Party of vindictiveness. Suddenly is for border security.

What about the rich people? I'm guessing in your fantasy world they all stay and all the poor people leave.

re: Would finances improve for the Union after secession?

there are few red states that corporations would leave blue states for.

Texas is indeed one of them.

For many of these southern states, there is flight of the educated and successful from your states to the blue states. Many refer to it as brain drain.

As it stands now, there is no and has been no impediment of companies moving out of the blue states to the red states. My guess is many of these blue states have deals with many of the companies there.

So as much as you would like to see it happen, I doubt that if the red states moved out there would be a flocking of businesses to the red states.

Fact is what would happen is the brain drain would get worse. The rich and the educated would even flock more out of the red states and the poor in your states are incapable of moving out.

You are assuming that there is a larger manufacturing base in blue states??

Oh, and have you ever studied energy production across the states?
