Notre dame schedule makes parkviews look like Boise states. frick you
Seriously nd beat Patterson, westlake, st Charles, east feliciana, Breaux bridge, Jennings, and not to mention wins over third round opponent Iowa twice. Who has Parkview beat besides Livonia and east feliciana again?

Gotcha. So he probably just doesn't wanna see yet another Lafayette area team win state again while STM watches from home.

Parkview will dominate ND. No way Stoma will make the throws in the dome to put ND ahead. McCleary's D wont be able to stop Parkview. Only hope is for ND to just eat more rice this week.... If EF can stop Austin Thibodeaux, then so can PB. ND got lucky on the pass to Benoit late in the 4th. Notre Dame has the easiest road to the dome out of all classes, and will now just be tested for the first time against PB. Last true football game for ND was against Teurlings and we all know what happened. If EF doesnt turn the ball over and ND doesnt get lucky with Stoma pass to Benoit... EF wins.
Parkview 35

when STM wins a state chanpionship in football come talk to me. Better yet when they make it to the Dome come talk to me.

Catholic high, ESJ, scottlandville.....all 5a playoff teams.. why the hate on Livonia.. didn't they eliminate the Jennings team you are bragging about? westlake was 6-4.... I think Catholic ESJ and Scotlandville trumps your non district schedule and shouldn't the 1 seed have an easier road than the 2?

I guess we'll see on saturday

At this point, it really doesn't matter who you played in the regular season. It's all about who you played in the playoffs. ND has had a tougher road no question about it. Parkview fans, what year would you compare this Parkview team to? 2009? I'm trying to come up with a year most similar for ND and I'm thinking 2004 or 2005, possibly 2008. Not the best ever, but a very good team.

what ever - the seeds like district matchups are what they are.. Patterson and SCC were not nearly as good as they have been in the past.... period.. and ya'll brought up jennings and BB from ND regular season schedule...... PBS schedule was tougher... period

as for the playoff road.. I think if PBS was in that side of the bracket they would still be where they are today...

This PBS team is very different from any previous PBS team I have seen. The weapons on offense are multiple and formidable.

they scored the most points of any opponent all year on their 3 5a opponents... including more than curtis did on ESJ...

It sounds like Parkview played their best ball against the best teams bc those are some impressive wins against 5A teams. Is it safe to say Parkview's defense is smaller than years past but more athletic? And the offense has multiple play makers? The QB does seem to make that offense go...

I support all Acadiana teams. It's a shame more teams from the area are not in the dome. Glad Notre Dame is there. However, it is my opinion that PB will dominate ND. I think this is the last year for a while either teams makes it to the dome with Curtis and Evangel moving up. I'm not gonna act like a cocky ND fan, like ND is the sh*t and its the best football team ever and that Coach Cook is a god. Parkview wins and humbles ND.

time will tell... but you know... JC and ECA could end up in the same bracket....

and teams with far less impressive resume's than PBS and ND have beaten curtis...

Notre Dame will humble Parkview. ND's defense is getting no respect and I can't understand why. Held EF to 180 yards total offense WITH Beckwith. Did Parkview give up 1,000 yards to EF, or was it 2,000? ND by 10

ND plays ball control and doesn't score more than 35 against anyone. Not really surprised. Coach Cook believes in his Defense so much he would rather run the ball and run the clock out.

Nah, ik for a fact it's a thibodaux crew.

PBS defense is a tad smaller than years past but they're fast and über athletic in the secondary.
Their offense is explosive, Bozeman at qb makes em go.
Should be a great game
And this isn't the last time you'll see either of these teams in the dome, JC and evangel aren't unbeatable.
