For reference you Miles bashing idiots, the program had a total of 7 in the 111 years prior to Miles. Holy shite, we are some lucky folks to have Les Miles.

Eta: for those complaining about the number of games played today vs past, Miles has 6 of the 10 greatest seasons on a WIN PERCENTAGE basis in the 119 yr history of the program.

Eh, we used to play 9-10 games a year. Even in the sixties I believe we played 10-11 games.

That's awesome

Too bad there aren't a couple more titles to go along with them.

We historically played 11 and the normal now is 12 or 13. Winning percentage would be even more lopsided in favor of Miles.

I missed the part where nick Saban has been our coach the last 8 years. The freshman at LSU this year were in 4th grade when Saban left. Get the frick over it. Didn't need you to FIFM jackass

Yes, it's easier to do with 13-14 (11-12 for the longest time), but count up the 9 win seasons in LSU history too (23 before Miles). Look at the winning percentage.

LSU with 9 wins before Miles: 21%
LSU with 10 wins since Miles: 75%

CLM FTMFW - 84 of them...

Of all the LSU Coaches to coach at least 25 games, his winning percentage of 80.8% is the highest of All-Time

Yes he set LSU on the right track and I am forever grateful for that but MOVE ON!

Les is an amazing coach that gets the players LSU needs and consistantly has us competing at the highest of levels

To counterbalance our scores of national and SEC titles prior to his arrival?

SEC titles before Miles: 9 (13% of seasons)
SEC titles since Miles: 2 (25% of seasons)

National titles before Miles: 2 (3%)
National titles since Miles: 1 (13%)

would be nice, but in 12 years at Florida, Spurrier "only" won 1 NC, he also was destroyed in a NC Game the only time he went undfeated. He did win more SEC titles, but the SEC was not as comepititive at the top.

If he win out, Les will be 35-5 the last 3 years. 2 and maybe 3 of those were to the team that won the NC. 4 were away from home. He has a stacked roster and a chance to add another NC in the next couple of years. People that can't appreciate what Miles has done are spoiled and have unrealistic expectations.
