I linked the Wiki list for people to use as a reference. City of God, which I've never seen, is on their list with a few hundred more.

I thought it was like a websites list. Yeah you need to try and get your hands on City of God. I can almost guarantee it would jump in your top three.

Not sure if the movie in general meets the criteria for a "drug movie," but the drug deal scene from Boogie Nights is one of my favorite scenes of all time.
