This sounds like an epic fail waiting to happen. Prayers sent.

Dry brine will still be effective. Roast.

Here just go read this. LINK

Someone is going to come in here and tell you to inject it with beer, an Otis Redding tape, and bbq rub and then deep fry it.

If you like this broad, ignore them.

He still has time to brine a turkey.

Why wouldn't he just do that? Makes it nearly fool proof with a meat thermometer imo.

Still has time to dry brine also, with the added benefit of the turkey not tasting like ham.

Meat thermometer is a standard no one should be cooking a turkey without.

Do you have a Whole Foods near? If so I suggest get it from there.

I know this may sound stupid...but it has happened to most ...reach in and make sure to remove neck, gizzards, etc.. should be in a bag inside the bird.

Put my 19lb. Turkey in a brine bath tonight. Will take it out tomorrow for some drying time and then roast it on thanksgiving morning.

Happy thanksgiving everyone.
