Google or the cook book that came with it are your friends.

8-10 min per pound. Also use the thermometer that came with the cooker, place in the thickest part of the breast when it reaches the correct temp, remove cover turkey for 10 min to rest and carve up. Do not use a dry rub with a high sugar content, it will burn the skin before it is done cooking.

follow the directions inthe little book that came with it, I think it says cook it until it's internal temp is 170
I use the gas one, and maybe its the same with the electric, but be careful using the mesh lid unless its cold or windy. It reflects enough heat to burn the skin near the top.
