Is there anyway we could get the NFC champ game at home?

I was thinking about our playoff prospects this morning and started to get excited. If we get past the first round of the playoffs, we could potentially be at Atlanta for the divisional round if we're the 6th seed and they're the 1 seed. But I think even if we win that game, we'd have to go to the other divisional game winners place, right?
Got pretty excited thinking about beating the Falcons at their place en route to the NFC champ game at our place, but I don't believe that's possible if we're the 6

It's impossible for the 6th seed to have a home game

Only if we somehow got the 5th seed (or won the division, which is extremely, extremely unlikely).

Who cares, we'll be playing the super bowl at home.

...Unless the 6th seed makes it to the Super Bowl, which happens to be in the 6th seed's home dome.

1) Win out in regular season
2) Have Tampa sweep Atlanta
3) Have Atlanta lose one additional game

If this happens, we win the division at 11-5.

This would also put us in the #3 seed, at worst, because that would include wins over NY and Dallas. Dallas would finish at best 10-6, and NY would also be 11-5 at best, but we would hold the tiebreaker over them.

As the 3 seed, we would host the #6 at home before going on the road to the #2, who would be either Chicago or Green Bay. We would have to win there and have the #4 or #5 seed beat San Francisco at San Francisco.

But it's the playoffs, so anything can happen.

That would be the biggest turnaround in history and very possible

And why wouldn't we be? It's not like we're surprised the Saints have righted the ship. This team has a multitude of talent. I have every reason to think we're capable of making a run, ESPECIALLY considering we have the advantage of playing a home Super Bowl if we make it all the way there. With Drew being Drew, the way the run game is now working, and an opportunistic defense, this team is as capable of making the SB as any.

Either of those two teams could actually be the #1 seed still. San Fran could end up the #2 seed instead in your scenario.
