And again, another national media member dismisses the difficulty of the SEC schedule and only thinks of OOC games.
In regards to Bama, he's correct. But, he wouldn't be saying this if Auburn was a top 10 team. You can't blame Bama for that or for Michigan sucking. And, you wouldn't say that about LSU the previous 2 years when Arkansas was a top 5 team. Can't blame LSU for that. Florida is gonna play a top 10 team in FSU, Georgia is gonna play the SECCG, and Texas A&M just finished playing 4-5 games against ranked teams.
Now, if he wants to bash Bama and say that they aren't deserving of #2, I'll listen.

Just another stupid bitch who has a bias towards the SEC. Wonder was he saying the same to Boise St. with their we schedule every damn year. Kstate's schedule is weak too. So is FSU. Just because they play some perceived good teams, it doesn't mean shite.

If Oregon or KState had lost non-conference games he'd have a point. What happened to them was no different than what happend to Alabama last week.
While you could make the point that the SEC only plays 8 conference games to the Pac12s 9, Alabama's 4 non-conference games (Mich, W Kentucky, Fla Atl, W Carolina) are at least equal to Oregon's 3 (Ark St, Fresno St, Tenn Tech).

He wasn't dismissing LSU...no one would be talking shite if LSU were in the hunt.
Bama has played 2 solid teams this entire season, got substantially outgained both times, went 1-1, and is in prime position to play in the National Championship.

Did you see who the other SEC teams played this weekend? I,m sure his article is about that. All of them played cupcakes. LSU v Ole Miss was 1 of only about 3 SEC match ups. I think its silly to have cupcakes so late in the season.

And on top of that, if Mandel was one of the media pricks pushing for Bama's mulligan last season despite their historically weak schedule, then he can go frick himself. Because of morons like him, programs like Bama have perfected the weak schedule Championship Run.
Just wait till next year as well. Bama will play two good teams again all season, by design. IF they lose to LSU at home, Mandel will push for another Mulligan, and the cycle continues to the playoff.
Frick these media idiots. You reap what you sow when you promote media darlings with weak schedules.

can't find many teams in the country that wouldn't go 0-4 against that schedule.
