How are NFL refs so bad?

Anyone watching the Panthers game? Bucs RB is in the endzone before he ever gets hit, then he fumbles after the ball has crossed the plane pretty obviously, ruled fumble on the field somehow so it stands because not "conclusive" evidence

What view showed it was a clear TD?
The call on the field was a touch back. There was no angle to overturn it

It doesn't matter where his body is.
He was leaning forward and it was tucked low near his waste.
The ref being in the way of the camera screwed them. It may have been a TD but no angle showed that

maybe you need a bigger tv. i paused it on mine right where he had possession with the ball clearly across the plane
