Some of this may be far fetched, but '07 was too.

Notre Dame loses to USC
Oregon loses to Oregon State
Bama loses to Georgia
Florida loses to Florida State

We would definitely move into top 4, but they would be left with the choice of moving K-State ahead of us to prevent another All-SEC championship game.

We dont have the SECCG to give us that extra boost in the polls.

LOL, good point Rex! I guess the only hope is Bama gets sick before the Iron Bowl!

I wish USC would play like they were hyped earlier, but one positive thing if ND wins the NC, we might not ever have to listen to Lou Holtz again.

only way for a 07 repeat is bama lose to aubie, a&m win

then LSU over UGA, FSU over UF, scrub over FSU in ACCCG, UT over KSU ND loses to USC and screw it Oregon loses to someone else too

get the voodoo dolls out people cause we'd need it but it could happen

with the right voodoo

It would take a lot more than what happened in 07. That last weekend seems like it was odd, but only two teams ahead of lost and one of those was considered an underdog. There was only one upset that helped us.

This. No way a two loss LSU team makes it into the BCS game without a conference title.

If that scenario happens then Georgia would be playing FSU in the BCSNCG

Georgia Tech (6-5), Miami (6-5), or North Carolina (7-4) will manage to get a spot in the ACCCG. That's sorry!

We need all of those to happen except we need Bama to lose to Auburn.

LSU still has a good shot a BCS bowl if just SOME of this happens; but especially if Alabama or Georgia loses one or both of their final games (since only 2 teams from each conference are allowed to go to a BCS bowl.)

the 2012 scenario that would be even more bizarre than 2007....

Thanksgiving week:

LSU takes care of business against Arkansas (as they hopefully should)

Texas beats K-State (very possible)

Oregon loses to Oregon State (within realm of possibility)

Fla State beats Fla (again possible/probable)

USCw beats Golden Domers (want it now just for the hell of it)

to help us out in the computers

USCe beats Clemson

GA beats GA Tech

to help us out with the human voters

Johnny Football has a bad day against Mizzou...doesn't have to lose, but a close game and he isn't the hero

and last but not least...in the department of divine intervention...

barners beat the gumps....

Championship week....if the department of divine intervention performs a successful action

LSU beats Georgia (and we need to channel our inner Sherman and march through them!!!!)

Fla State loses in ACC championship

UCLA wins PAC 12....

anyway, i expect a bunch of tldr's but what the hell....as long as we beat the Ar-kansans and Fla State does us a favor...we've got a shot at #4...so we'll see
