Pretty much sums it up. Although I'm not certain it hinges on the the USC game but it would help for them to beat ND.
FSU has to beat Florida though.

Kstate beats Ut they'll have an AQ bid. FSU wins ACCchamp game they get AQ bid. Uf drops below us with a loss to FSU. Bama or Uga will be in MNC. Might need ND not to lose so they get in MNC and not take an at-large bid away that could be ours. That's assuming the SECchamp game loser gets the Sugar Bowl bid over us.
