He fought his way back onto the field, and now he's helping us (probably for the rest of the year) get back into play off contention.

Some fans on here said it. They were tired of hearing the story, and they didn't give two shits if he was innocent or not.

I never once did and always thought it was ludicrous for anyone on here to say it.

IKR.

Some people just don't understand.

Much more respect for Vilma for fighting the system.

I'm glad he fought, Vilma has been one of my favorite players for a long time (even when he was with the jets). I just wish that SP would have fought this hard, but I guess i understand why he didn't.

I fricking hate Roger Goddell

What's the latest on Vilma's suit against the NFL. Haven't heard anything on this in a while.

In a stunningly brilliant move to give us our players back without looking like he crawfished, Goodell resigned as overseer and tabled the appeal hearings until the season is over, so when it is over, he can say we were wrong, but the season is over, ad he wont impose more sanctions. Then he'll give us our draft pick and coach back all while doing his best to avoid losing face because technically he never went back on his punishments.

I know a guy that said all of our players needed to just let that shite go and take their punishments like a man, but he also didn't believe that we had a pay to injure system.

Why in the world would you want someone to take their punishment like a man if you believe that they didn't do it? Stupid.

Exactly. If you were indicted on charges of murder, is the right thing to "take it like a man?" Come on. People can't be that stupid.

At this point I don't want it to all fade away. Hopefully the truth (whatever that may be) is fully revealed through the course of the defamation suit. I want Goodell to be fully exposed as the low, dishonest, unscrupulous arse clown that he is.
