Wow. Not sure how strong the competition was but unreal stats, nonetheless.

I was at the game last night. Nick had a monster game. Broke a few really long runs. Loreauville is not the force they were hyped to be. I'd like to see some of the competition they played this season. Either their competition was horrible, or U-High is just that good! Until 30 seconds left in the 1st half the score was 49-0! Loreauville scored after Mahaffey basically cleared the bench to let the young guys finish the game. Can't wait to get back up to Calvary next Friday night. We owe them one!!!!

Damn.. Brossette is a beast, no doubt.

His performance was somewhat overshadowed by Fournette's unfathomable 360-yard feat.

If we get Fournette in 2014 and Brossette in 2015,

I am quite sure Mr. Brumfield was partially responsible for alot of running room for Nick, congrats!

Not picking a fight Wildman but this is what people were posting back in the summer and you were getting all bent out of shape defending the quality of 2A football.

On a weekly basis 2A football is not even close to 5A football. However, the top 4 in 2A this year could win at the highest level. Anyone that says different is wrong.

I was there last night too, it was a slaughter. Loreauville has a shitty line, and a couple good athletes. Uhigh was just a ton better than them, they could've scored 100 last night if they wanted to.

That bottom half of the 2A bracket is stacked.. Curtis has a pretty easy road to the finals at the top

I think you mean when, not if.

I never got bent out of shape. I just get tired of people perpetuating the myth that SIMPLY because a school has more A's behind it than another, it defines the quality of the athletes. Just because a football team dresses 100 players, the large number doesn't automatically make them skilled players. 90 of them could be extremely shitty players. If the number of A's a team has meant the dominance of lesser team, U-High would not have beaten Live Oak, East Ascension, or Brusly this season! If an athete is good, he is good on a weekly basis. If he is shitty, he's shitty on a weekly basis. Where he goes to school makes no difference! He will be good or shitty in 1A or 5A.

U High has a massive OL that generally outweighs most 2A teams by 60-70lbs. They'll really blow holes open against teams not named Curtis, Evangel, Calvary, and Winnfield.

Wildman is his dad. You can look at his post history for info.

Basically taking in the recruiting process with an open mind towards a few schools. Fairly standard and rational. Eveybody wants Garrett to be a tiger, but most people understand that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to enjoy being recruited and so forth

Can't remember his name but he's a 9th grader. Find a roster and it shouldn't be too tough to figure out who he is.

Loreauville's offensive line was easily bigger than U-High's and seriously larger than our DL. We've had a lot of injuries this year, causing a lot of shuffling, but they've really been good the past few games. If the offense can keep clicking and the defense does it's part, Calvary should be beatable. The only team our first team defense hasn't shut down is Jeryl Brazil, I mean, Loranger.
