Great show last night. 3rd time I've seen him, I think this was the best set list. Played 4 songs from Band on the Run, including the very underrated Nineteen Hundred and Eight Five. Closing stretch and encores were amazing.

Mrs Vanderbilt/Elenor Rigby/Something (tribute to George)/Band on the Run/Ob La De Ob Li Da/Back in the USSR/I've Got a Feeling/A Day in the Life-Give Peace a Chance/Let it Be/ Live and Let Die/Hey Jude
Lady Madonna/Day Tripper/ Get Back
Yesterday/Helter Skelter/Golden Slumbers/Carry that Weight/The End

It's the best way to end anything

If this counts as one song, it's the greatest ever recorded. Perfect ending to a perfect album and a perfect band.

20 songs, many of which are under 4 minutes...was this concert only an hour and a half?

Such a great song. Remember the first time I heard it. Didn't think it was a McCartney song.

no, that's the closing run and the encores.

Mrs Vanderbilt was the 18th song. Show started a little after 9 with Magical Mystery Tour, ended around 1130

Here's the entire set list

I felt honored to be there. Beautiful night with the roof retracted. People in the uppers.

He played THIRTY FIVE TRACKS.

Although I knew the story about how Hendrix learned Sgt Pepper(song) two days after the album has been released, I loved that he told that after doing a Foxy Lady instrumental.

Its amazing he can still kick so much arse at his age.

Denny Laine (Moody Blues 'Go Now' fame) had ALOT to do with Wings. ALOT. Let Me Roll It, is another GREAT Wings song, not popularly known.

That was the thing. I figured especially now he wouldnt play anywhere except Chicago, NY, LA. When I saw he was in Houston it just had to happen.

Now hes talking like he may retire...so maybe in the nick of time.

Wow--the last four songs of the set BEFORE the two encores--This is like Rock-n-roll heaven. I saw him in the Superdome years ago in an evening immediately after a full day at Jazz Fest...couldn't appreciate it as much.
