You really have a bookie for that.
I would say more just because of the IMAX cost and 3D ticket prices. The 2nd and 3rd will attract more people. Just like for the FOTR.

I would take the over. You factor in 3D ticket prices and you're probably going to get an opening weekend gross of around 150+.
