I've been pretty frustrated already with this multiplayer. Most games I get into are incredibly laggy.
Hopped into a SWAT game last night and a low rank player was one shotting be before he came around the corner. I don't know if this is due to lag hacking already, or if the servers are just so bogged down.
I've experienced this in a few servers. These guys were just coming around the corner on my screen and I'm getting headshotted from across the map. Killcam shows them still behind the wall as they are shooting.

Get better internet. I've experienced very few lagged games. Did it occur to you that someone may have just bought the game and that's why they are low ranked?

I've had maybe one game that was laggy for a few seconds before the host was changed. It sounds like you have crappy internet service.

Yeah, I'm gonna go with crappy Internet service.
Not that this will help the OP, but I did notice that gaming was absolutely terrible on my old tv(actually a new TV, but a cheap 3D Vizio). I died often and was terrible with headshots due to the terrible picture.

I also have the 3d 47 vizio (bundle pack w/bluray) and I have zero problems.

If someone if lag switching like they used to in Halo, it would be obvious, at least it should be.

I have experienced quite a few games where one player is lagging and no one else is. Its pretty fricking annoying, but I wouldn't think it has anything to do with anyone hacking.
I did however play a game of swat on complex where the other team got a 2 kill lead and proceeded to somehow all jump into a spot in the wall on one of the the lower structures via an exploit. They can see you and melee you if you get close enough, but you can't see them or shoot them.
It only happened one game, but I was fricking furious.

I have just fine internet speed. 15 Mbps down.
I've had problems in Spartan Ops where everything is delayed on about 40% of the games I join.
