Lets say 8-10. I've done a recipe from Tony Chacheres, comes out too mushy. I've also done a recipe from my Emeril & Tabasco books. I know there's 50000000 varieties of Cajun/creole recipes.

going with a big breakfast at 8:00. Shrimp & grits, venison sausage, eggs, etc. Screwdrivers and bloody mary's.

have a ham for the infrared cooker for post game celebration
