you're from opelousas man; no way i'd attempt to advise you on food or cooking. you should be advising us. just fry some shrimp and make some dirty rice, opelousas style.

High of 68 - low of 42.. If you're watching the game at a tailgate just do some gumbo imo.

Since you have to ask what to make, start with a jar of grocery store roux and some cream of mushroom soup . . .

Get out there early and cook that hog. Nothing wrong with starting to tailgate at 3:30 for the last home game.

Eat light and drink more so you'll feel just like you do at a night game.

Cook some stay until the end of game or the final 5:00 minutes of the game and feed to everyone you can!

Or, cook it and stay to celebrate the victory afterwards while everyone else fights traffic.

We're doing Pastalaya... perfect timing for a 2:30 kickoff.
Pork hits the pot by 9:30am... noodles will finish up by 11:30am
