I'm glad people have started realizing this. I remember saying it immediately after their retarded decision to pull out of the BCS and I'd get argued with.
I have fear that their poll might gain credibility again with the new playoff format though.

I live in Napa, the Guy "writes" for the local SF rag. He is a complete tool who takes the controversial stance to gain attention, he sucks balls. He should never have the right to vote on anything other than the best cheeseburger in town.

They gained credibility with the public by not selling-out their votes to the BCS like the Coaches who can't vote their conscience but are contractually obligated to vote the winner of that manufactured title game - #1. The final Coaches poll vote is a sham vote...like a Soviet election.
