I have one slab of pork spare ribs that I've never cooked before.
I would like to cook them in the oven.
How should I cook them and what kind of dry rub do I use?

I am throwing away every bit of cred I have on this board, but you seem to be a novice and want a simple recipe. Here goes...

Cut the rack so it will fit into a deep baking dish, or foil barbecue pan. It's okay if it overlaps in the pan. You can also use a slowcooker for this.

Coat the ribs liberally with chili powder. Put them in the pan, pour a half bottle of kraft barbecue sauce and a half bottle of Worcestershire sauce in there. Cover with foil, or a lid and bake on low or 250 for about 4 hours. They should come out very tender.

It's crude, but if it keeps you from fricking up some ribs, it was worth it.
