Texaco slip in montegut

Anyone familiar with the texaco slip in montegut near Roland's landing know what the jerk that owns it is planning to do with it? Last week he had pylons placed and a barge blocking the middle that was left open. I heard he was going to charge to get in there but looking for details.

Don't know about that particular place but it smells to high heaven of another navigable waterway issue.

We did the research. He owns it. Not a navigable waterway.
