Where should I go to find it? Both on tap and packaged to take home.

The FQ is not the best place, but if you are from out of state the Rouses grocery on St. Peter & Royal would have some local offerings. To take home. Also try Industry by HOB they have some beers on tap and some bottles. If you left the FQ Ave Pub is the best choice and they sell and fill growlers. Also could go to DBA on Frenchman at night they have a good selection and live music walking distance from the FQ.

I agree with the choice of Avenue Pub if you want to try some really unique beer and talk with other beer freaks. If you are downtown, just hope on the street car and take the short ride down St. Charles.

Weren't there 2 places a few years back called. Were all draft beers.

Boondog Saint too had decent selection. It is a hole though.

How can you survive without a liquor license in the Quarter?

Had lunch at parkway and had a hopitilus (sp?). Excellent.

I've got a wedding tonight, so I can't camp out at avenue. I'm staying on Decatur, so i'll check what they have at central groces.

Had the Stallion at cresent city brewhouse as we stilled by. Good beer, but was much more like a ESB than a Vienna, which is what they had it listed as.

Great day to be walking around the quarter. Cheers.
