Optimus Diggler.

For some reason I think he might be great in this, but he aint gonna court the teen audience.

you know there was a short moment of time back around The Departed 2006ish where I thought Marky Mark was going to have a legit shot at becoming a serious actor. that lasted about until his next supporting role in whatever lame film was next lol.

don't get me wrong I like several of his movies, but this doesn't surprise me a bit. I don't blame him though. getting that money.

He was pretty good in 3 Kings and Invincible too, but yeah.

I know most will remember him in The Departed for using the F-Word every 3 seconds, but this was his best acting scene in that film (just a shame that he had to share it with Leo who out-acted him) - great scene

The dude is not an awful actor. He's had some nice roles. The Fighter probably being his best movie. Nobody tries to say he's a best actor winner but he isn't terrible.

I'd say he's terrible. Seriously.

''The Fighter' was good because everyone else around him was Oscar-worthy. He was just there.

He's not a terrible actor. And he is in some badass movies. But i saw a sneak preview for the script:

Hey Robot, hows it goin?

So you transform into other kinds of robots, right? What's that all about?

One of you turns into a camero right? I like that. I was in Four Brother. Did you see that movie?

Ok

Say hi to ya mother for me alright.

Upgrade from Shia Labouf, maybe now they'll take some of the comedy out of it.

Now get rid of the insect/monster faces, use the original humanoid faces, and stop recreating characters into something new/bad and different. Devastator both times = Blasphemy.

He is so soft spoken. The Happening was terrible and when he spoke I couldn't help but laugh. He has no emotion in his voice when he needs to use it.

eta: And I shouldnt say he is terrible but he is average at best.

As far as overall acting ability, Shia is definitely better.

In fact, Shia is a good actor who just got thrown into the studio spin cycle and had zero room to show how good of an actor he is. But that's changing now, so you'll see him in roles that will allow him some freedom.

this is my issue with him. When he gets fired up, he's meh, when he goes into this soft spoken nice guy act, he's downright awful
