I forgot to put the 2lbs of ground venison in the sink to thaw when I came to lunch. No meatloaf tonight
I got to go scavenge the frozen leftover section of the deep freezer. Otherwise, it may be a variety of cheese and sliced smoked sausage on triscuits.
This link pretty wells sums it up if it is leftovers LINK

Tacos. Bought some lean ground beef. Some flat bottom stand up shells. Will add cumin, chili, etc.
I'll have shredded Romaine and black beans in it as well as jalapenos from the garden.
Lucy will just have them with ground beef. She doesn't like 'things' in it.

Roast the veggies in the oven with a little olive oil and salt. One of my favorite ways.
What kind of taters? Red or Irish? I like to boil them, peel on, and then smash them, then add some mayo and horseraddish, fresh chives, salt and pepper. This works on both types to me. Red skins are also great quartered and roasted too!

Sure, why not. I'll be there around 6:45.
ETA: I'll be the one that looks like a young Robert Redford in a suit.

You're killing me.....
I'll be the one looking like a cross between Sofía Vergara & Angelina Jolie, but with blue/green eyes. Dressed in yoga pants & a thermo shirt.
