Tuna steaks

Had them for the first time this weekend. I am not a fan of tuna- canned tuna that is- I was shocked at what I had been missing.
We seared them on a skillet, on the grill, lightly coated with Olive oil and some blackening seasoning. About 45 secs on each side- ah-mazing. Dipped it in some Roumalade and

I dont care for any type of fish that has a "fishy" taste, so I was skeptical of the grilled tuna, but it was delicious. No fishy taste at all.

i felt the exact same way when i discovered tuna years ago.
