How many players on our defense would start for other teams?
Jenkins-maybe
Robinson- not a shot
Harper- no frickin way
Ellis- HA
Shanle- nope
I mean besides Greer, Lofton, Jordan (maybe) our defense is a bunch of cast offs. This isnt spags fault.

I hate how our coaching staff feels the need to force the issue with playing these 1st round pick failures. Stanford Routt is a free agent now, we should pick him up and send Robinson into a backup roll where he belongs.

Worse tacklers than pee wee league... They all dive for the legs, arms might as well be amputated because they don't know they have them

Agree 100%. Very rarely do you see a Saints defender besides Lofton or Vilma make a clean wrap up tackle.

Spags is part of the issue. I agree the players need to be upgraded. But they are the same players as last year (besides Porter/Lofton) and weren't this bad. That doesn't instill me with confidence.
