or just can't read? It's a transcript of what SVP said. Listen to the link if you can't read it.

Read the transcription and then listened to the audio - WOW. Wife and I listened after work - and it brought tears.

That guy gets IT.

Now you know what the LSU--Southern Cal game was like in 1979; just like this game--all the way down to USC being #1, the fury of the crowd, LSU ahead, and the final bitter blow. But reading Van Pelt's words I'm reminded of what the AP writer wrote for his post game article--"the loss came as a bitter blow to the LSU fans who had screamed themselves into a frenzy."
