Did he play his whole college football career at Tulane?

If Frank Wilson ever leaves LSU, not gonna lie, I'd consider hiring Juluke as a replacement. He would make an excellent recruiter

I think he did one year at Tulane maybe 2 then transferred

He went to Tulane but didn't play because of grades his freshman year. So he went to a junior college then he left for Southern.
