Are there any plans to convert Randall to a WR...?

Searched and couldn't find any discussion on this.

But the guy is bigger than Shepard and supposedly just as fast, and since it seems he'll never see a snap at QB, why not take advantage of his size and speed?

Anyone...?

How on Earth have you drawn this conclusion?

Well, you've got Rivers in the wings, Jennings and Rettig coming on board, and Randall's been "in the system" longer than Rivers.

Just a question...

It seems silly to waste his speed/size.

I don't think so. they're the same size at best, and Shep may even be a tad taller.

My bad...

I was looking at Rivals...I thought Randall was an inch taller. LSUSports.net has them the same.

And, my apologies for the "in the system" remark. I honestly thought Randall had been at LSU a year before Rivers got there.

Okay, since I've totally screwed up that, I still would like to see him on the field. The clock's ticking for him, so why not utilize his skills?

Probably time to get him on the field as a WR or slot back

I'd say run the wild cat with him but lsu doesn't have that
