I'm not sure about this season, but Acadiana has shown multiple times it is better than west Monroe. Acadiana might be down, but so is west Monroe based on its losses.

You got it all figured out

So beating barbe is not a quality win? You admit beating Teurlings was a quality win but then diminish it. STM has demolished everyone else in the district, they only play who is in front of them

STM isn't playing Karr from last year, they aren't playing st aug from two years ago, they are playing warren Easton

Good luck to your Teurlings rebels Friday

Acadiana will be really good these next two years. Like really really good. But they have a lot of sophomores. They have 10 sophomores who have gotten a lot of snaps. They definitely can pass the ball and they can run the ball. They are really hard to beat against running teams but passing teams take advantage of their all sophomore d backfield. They gave up the rock 7 times against new Iberia, getting them down 28-7 early and they came back by passing the ball for 327 yds. That was something new. With that said, if Acadiana hangs on to the ball, which is a big if, they could hang with a lot of teams.

Can't argue with that, they seem to be in the finals every year.

WM is banged up. If they get healthy they can beat anyone.

That TE is really good. How is Eugene's bro? He's only a soph as well.

About 60 of those yards were on a phantom pass. The ball bounced off the turf to the TEs outstretched hand and he was given credit for a reception. Strangest thing I've seen in HS game.

New Iberia had some kid though that was freaky fast, might have been a Jr or Soph, but his burst was just incredible.

Hes talking about Warren Easton, the guy thats committed to A&M is a big time pass rusher. They also have a lineman committed to Tulane. Very inconsistent team though.

I really think he's going to be A&M's next big time pass rusher from the LB spot. From what I've read, I don't think he gets side to side all that well, but has good straight line speed. He's also undernourished and should explode when he gets into a college weight program.

STM does not have a big OL but they do have an extremely athletic group. They rarely give up edge pressure but they have had some struggles with teams blitzing through the middle

However when Bergeron sees blitz and the OL handles it, they will hit you with a big play

Everybody tries to blitz STM but few have success. If Easton can get pressure on Bergeron without blitzing they have a chance. STM can run the football as well as throw it and that will be the difference

Even with the pressure I doubt EAston has a chance.

They are okay, Rummel lit them up through the air. One of the corners is really good, LSU is showing major interest in and might have even offered depending on who you talk to.
Im guessing you are asking because of STM, if STM is anywhere close to what they were the last two years, they should beat ST.Aug. Aug hasnt beaten a team I consider good in two years. Im already expecting St. Aug to beat Alexandria by 50 then the city will be talking about St.Aug possibly making a run then they lay an egg the next week or lose a heartbreaker.
