So, Alabama's best SEC win was it's domination of Mississippi State at home.

Right now, Texas A&M is dominating that same Mississippi State team at MSU.

Logically, one can conclude that in dominating MSU, Bama only showed that they are as good as Texas A&M. And we know that Texas A&M is not as good as LSU.

In conclusion, if LSU can beat one team on the road that dominated Miss St at Miss St, then we can beat another team AT HOME that dominated Miss St at their home.

Ya dig?

I'm not trying to predict point spreads, or say this proves something definitive. Heck, we beat USC, who beat Georgia, who beat Florida, who beat us.

The point is that Alabama is supposed to be this heartless offensive machine, and part of the evidence to that is their beatdown of MSU. A&M's relentless offensive machine, which is doing similar work against MSU, was shut down by LSU.

Therefore, I reason that LSU's defense has a good chance of stymieing Alabama's offense.

Because neither LSU nor Alabama play Missouri.

And Alabama does not play Florida.

Bama has put up great numbers against very weak opponents.

UF is now tied with Missou 7-7. UF will win this game in ugly fashion.

Transitive Theory does not work in College Football or any sports.. It's a stupid notion that fans come up with..

Anybody can win on any given day.

Like the Alabama poster said..

Mizzou is beating Florida.. Alabama beat Mizzou.. Therefore Alabama can beat Florida.. Florida beat LSU.. Therefore Alabama can beat LSU.. Ya dig?

Once again Transitive Theory doesn't work and probably all people will get out of this is the above statement.

Whoa. Its like a causal chain analysis.

But i've got some realism for ya:
Chicken leads to egg, egg leads to omlet, omlet leads to fecal urgency...

Ya dig?

Logically, the transitive property does not work in football.

You guys are all misinterpreting my original statement.

I did not say, because A&M is beating MSU as bad as Alabama has this means that LSU will beat Alabama.

I am saying that Alabama is not the only team to dismantle Miss. St. This means that their performance last week was not special.

If their performance was not special, then perhaps their offense is ordinary.

If their offense is ordinary, perhaps it can be shut down by our defense, which is pretty good.

If their offense can be shut down, and we know that our offense can be shut down, then this game will be a real battle. Not the obvious rout that all pundits (except Lolo) are predicting.
